Danjuma Dauda is a thoroughly dissatisfied man. In spite of his degree qualification he is in a poorly paid job with no prospect of promotion. He no longer appreciates his wife and is ashamed of his home. He is soon the perfect prey for a ruthless gang of Army deserters who terrorise Urock town. They want money and Danjuma wants almost anything to get him out of his dull rut. It is not long, however, before he finds out things are not as simple as he believed. Crime does not always pay.
